Company triples staff in 2020 as demand for Frictionless Ownership® Platform surges
BOSTON, October 14, 2020 — Knox Financial, the Frictionless Ownership® company offering the effortless way to build wealth through investment property, today announced that the company has tripled its staff in 2020 with the addition of three new hires in Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston.

Knox announced its Boston area pilot in the spring of 2019, raised $4.7M in funding, and is now overseeing a portfolio of more than $70 million in residential real estate. In September, the company announced an expansion into cities across Georgia and Texas, and over the summer Knox launched in cities across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. The company now employs 17 full-time staff. Knox’s new hires include:
- Jordan Chaifetz, Atlanta Property Expert: Chaifetz has held a number of property management and business development positions in the Atlanta area over the last decade. Previous roles included property management manager at Avalon Property Management Services, retirement income expert at Retirement Income Network, and loan officer at First Option Mortgage. Chaifetz received his BA in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
- Tabatha Green, Dallas Property Expert: Green brings to Knox more than 15 years of experience in real estate and client services. She previously worked as a real estate agent at ICONIC Real Estate, and in 2019 was awarded one of the Top Seller Awards by the Avant Group. Green also served as a leasing consultant at The Connor Group, where she helped raise property occupancy by more than 10% during her tenure. Green received her Bachelor’s of Applied Arts and Science from the University of North Texas.
- Jessica Robertson, Houston Property Expert: Robertson is a real estate marketing specialist with a background in project management, sales & marketing, management, and corporate leadership. Robertson has served as an assistant community director at Highland Residential, and is a licensed realtor for Burnett Realty. Robertson received her MBA from Walden University, and BS from Dillard University.
