Phoenix homeowners and landlords can enroll in the Knox Frictionless Ownership® Platform for optimizing investment property wealth creation
PHOENIX, April 29, 2021 — Knox Financial, the fintech company focused on property investors, today announced that it has launched in Phoenix and hired Thanh Vo, a former project and operations manager for Grubhub and Amazon, as director of growth for the region.
“Whether you’re a homeowner who is about to move, or a landlord looking to optimize your rental property portfolio, Knox can help your investments perform,” said David Friedman, CEO of Knox Financial. “Property investing has been the domain of the wealthy for generations. Knox uses technology, data, and expertise to bring preferred returns to any property owner, delivering a passive investing experience that’s akin to working with a financial advisor. Our team looks forward to showing thousands more homeowners and property investors in Phoenix the benefits of working with a technology-enabled financial services firm focused on the long-term success of their investments.”
Knox was named one of the 2021 HousingWire Tech100 for, “creating technology solutions that make owning investment property as simple as owning a share of stock.” Starting today, homeowners and landlords in Phoenix can enroll on the Knox Frictionless Ownership® Platform, a technology-driven solution that ensures the property achieves its highest performance and allows the owner to be a completely passive investor. The Frictionless Ownership Platform optimizes all aspects of investment property ownership, including finances and taxes, insurance, leasing and legal, tenant and property care, banking, and bill pay.
To lead Knox’s Phoenix operations and expansion, the company has hired Thanh Vo as growth director for the region. Prior to joining Knox, Vo served as senior manager of operations for Grubhub, where she scaled internal systems and the external driver network to handle unprecedented food delivery growth. Previously, Vo worked as a senior project manager for McKesson, and a program manager for Amazon. Vo received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Added Vo, “With home prices continuing to go up every year in the Phoenix area, and showing no signs of slowing down, selling a home could be one of the worst financial decisions you make. The people who sign up with Knox get the double-bottom line benefits of seeing the value of their home continue to appreciate, while also generating cash flow through rent collected.”
Knox Financial launched in 2019, and is now operational in five metropolitan areas across the United States. The company is currently overseeing a portfolio of more than $100M in investment properties. Knox recently announced $10M in Series A funding, and will use this capital to fund an expansion into cities across the U.S. in 2021.
